This week we are in the third week of our series called “Jesus’ Vision for the Church”. Last week, we looked at Matthew 5:17-20 where Jesus claimed that he did not come to abolish the law or the prophets but to fulfill them. Our righteousness does not come from our ability to keep the law perfectly, it comes from Christ. This week, we will look at a specific teaching on the topic of “murder” and Jesus’ call for quick reconciliation with those we have wronged.
