Friday, April 19
- 7:30pm (Mountain Time) or 9:30 pm (Eastern Time) - Friday Evening Vespers at the Spectator Building on site.
Sabbath, April 20 (All times are local to Greeley, Colorado - Mountain Time)
- 8:00 am to 9:00 am - Team Registration at Testing Building
- 9:00 am - Live streaming of services begins
- 9:15 am - Entrance of Color Guards
- 9:30 am - Division PBE Testing begins
- 12:30 pm - Lunch on site
- Transition of spectator and team seating
- 2:00 pm - Worship Service in Testing Building
15 minute break between end of Worship and Awards
- Approx 3:45 pm - Awarding ceremony
- 5:00-5:30 pm - End of Awarding
- Wrap up and Closing Prayer

- Are you proficient in video editing or experienced in video production? We need your expertise to capture the spirit of Camporee on film. Join us in creating dynamic and engaging video content that will be shared with Pathfinders nationwide.
📝 Writers | Blog | Newspaper:
- Do you have a way with words? We're looking for talented writers who can craft compelling stories, articles, and captions for our Camporee newspaper. Your words will help paint a vivid picture of the Camporee experience for all to enjoy.
📸 Photographers:
- Are you an experienced photographer with a passion for capturing moments? We're seeking skilled individuals to join our photography team and help document the magic of the BTP Camporee. Bring your own equipment and be ready to capture unforgettable memories!
🎤 Interviewers:
- Are you comfortable engaging with people and asking thought-provoking questions? Join our team of interviewers as we capture the voices and stories of Camporee participants, organizers, and guests. Your interviews will add depth and insight to our media coverage.
📱 Social Media Content Creators:
- Are you skilled with social media platforms? We need creative minds to curate engaging content for our social media channels. From Instagram stories to Facebook posts, your content will help us connect with the Pathfinders and their village at home, before, during, and after the Camporee.

RVs Not Allowed on the Canadian Campground
As per action taken by the SDACC Pathfinder Advisory Committee last April 14, 2024, no RVs will be allowed on the Canadian campground due to space limitations. It should also be understood that the adjacent 24/7 parking lots are not intended for RV parking.

RV Parking is located in the southeastern part of the BTP camporee campground.
If you are going to bring an RV to the Camporee, you MUST fill out the form below.
There are no utilities such as water, electricity, and sewer in the overflow RV parking area.
Spaces are limited and are a first come/first serve basis.

The Creation Station
The Creation Station at the BTP Camporee will give you an opportunity to connect with 13 Colleges/Universities, a number of NAD academies, Union Education Departments, and other education entities offering honors and exhibits including, Architecture, Aviation, Lighthouse, Ropes, Floorball, Dinosaur Excavation/Taphonomic Research, Bones/Muscles/Movement, and many more!

Soccer Events
There will be three aspects to soccer at the Believe the Promise International Camporee:
- Soccer Honor (Free Style and Skills Training)
- Knock Out Competition
- Pathfinder World Cup
The Soccer Events at the BTP Camporee will be hosted by the Ontario Conference.

Choir Audition
Hello! We are excited that you would like to audition for the Believe the Promise International Pathfinder Camporee Choir, 2024! Mr. Philip Byrd is the director and will be listening to each audition. Here are a few details to guide you through the process.
- There are two choirs – a virtual choir and a live mass choir. The virtual choir will sing one piece, and the mass choir will sing two pieces. Mass choir participants must audition for both mass choir songs. The audition deadline for both choirs is May 1, 2024.
