New to UMBC, or a seasoned staff member?

Join the 2024-2025 PSS Mentoring Program cohort! If you are an exempt staff member at UMBC for less than 3 years, apply to become a mentee. If you have more than 3 years of experience at UMBC, apply to be a mentor. Interested in both opportunities? Apply as a mentee AND mentor!

Don't miss this opportunity to connect with UMBC colleagues outside of your department and get to know campus a little better. This cohort starts in July 2024 and runs through June 2025. Apply by April 28th here.
