Hello from P4610 Ranch,

MAY-be it is time to talk about MAY on the Farm! Right now we are working on lots of ranch projects.

First, the mama cows had a pedicure and spa day to keep their hooves healthy and balanced. This group of cowboys helped us one leg at a time. Our farrier is used to the horses being good to pick up each foot for him, but the mama cows did not want to cooperate. Sorry for the back breaking work Mr. Chris!

Next, the main cow barn had to be demolished and hauled off, check out the stages of work. The next steps will be to do some dirt work and then new build, watch for details. 

Finally, we are ramping up with subscription boxes! This is a great way for you to get regular pick up, delivery, or shipping of your meat without the hassle of planning for freezer space or up front cost. Order a quarter or a half beef. Every 2 months, a box will come to you with selections from your quarter or half. (approximately 17 or 34 pounds every other month). By the end of the year, you will have tried all the cuts of beef from your quarter or half. The half beef subscription includes a brisket! Reminder: Shipping days are Mondays to ensure freshness with delivery.
