Kent Penney

Kent brings 35 years of experience in airport management and planning, having served as chief executive for various airports and Director of the Nebraska Department of Aeronautics. He specializes in Airport Master Planning and Layout Plans.
Philip Mark Plotch, PhD
Principal Researcher, Eno Center for Transportation
Dr. Plotch has significantly contributed to the New York metropolitan area’s infrastructure and authored three acclaimed books on transportation. His roles include director of World Trade Center Redevelopment and planning manager at New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
Robert McHaney, AICP, CTP
Chief of Integrated Planning, The Goodman Corporation
Robert integrates diverse planning disciplines to tackle today's pressing issues and serves as Chair for the APA Transportation Planning Division. He is also an advocate for the transportation field and a mentor to aspiring planners.
