Coming Soon: Upgrade to Clarity's Messaging System

Bitfocus has improved its software to allow for easier management of the Clarity messages inbox. Beginning on May 20th, you will be able to select multiple messages at once and delete them, or mark them as read or unread. There is also a "Message Status" sidebar where you can choose to view either read or unread messages.

Unique ID replaces Personal ID in URL: the client Unique Identifier is now part of the client record's URL:

Coming Soon: Updated Data Quality Improvement Plan!

The Planning and Development Office and HMIS Working Group want your feedback! At the March meeting, we shared a draft of proposed changes to our existing Data Quality Improvement Plan. Please use the below link to review the draft and leave comments. If you want to provide feedback but prefer not to do so with a post, feel free to reply to this email instead.

The next HMIS Working Group meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 25 at 1pm. If you are not a member but are interested in joining, please let us know!

HIC and PIT Reports Submitted to HUD

The Cambridge CoC has submitted the Housing Inventory Count (HIC) and Point-in-Time Count (PIT) reports to HUD. Thank you to everyone who helped verify shelter attendance, bed utilization, and all of the other data points included in these reports!
