Next up for Limited Edition #21 at Punk Foodie is some Korean, Japanese and Chinese fare. Chef Jou of Pyng Ho fame is back with a Flavor Expedition Across Asia and it's gonna be lit. You remember the last time? Yeah, you blew our minds with how many of you showed up, but this time, we're ready for ya!

Prepare yourselves for a gastronomic journey through the heart of Asian cuisine, where each dish is a flavor explosion straight from the streets of Asia.


First up, we got the Sichuan Silk Wontons in ChiliOil—tender chicken wrapped in our signature Ho Sauce-Chili Oil, packing thatspicy Sichuan punch.


Next on the menu, we're bringing you the Crisp Dry-FriedString Beans coated in a rich black bean sauce, bursting with umaminess.


Check out the Salt and Pepper Wings. Inspired by Cantonesetradition, these wings are seasoned n with fragrant salt and peppercorns, andfor an extra kick, dip 'em in our Cho gochujang sauce.


Then, it's time for the Yaki Udon Symphony with chewy udonnoodles, vibrant veggies, all tossed in a savory sauce straight from Japan.


But wait, there’s more….with Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles loadedwith peanuts, beef, and cabbage, for a spicy, nutty twist on tradition.


Let's not forget the Japchae, a Korean classic  with sweet potato glass noodles, marinatedbeef, and veggies all swimming in a savory-sweet soy sauce.


Need a palate cleanser? We got you covered with ourTaiwanese Pickled Cabbage, crunchy bites to refresh your senses.


And to wash it all down, indulge in the creamy sweetness ofThai Iced Tea with Cream. It's the perfect cooldown from all those Sichuan spices.
