Buying land should be easy right?
You would think that you could purchase some dirt, then do what you want with it…well, sometimes yes, and sometimes no.
If you’ve never purchased “raw land” before then it’s wise to consult with a real estate professional to know what to look out for. It can indeed be a fantastic investment and a place that brings you so much joy, it’s just important as a buyer to do your due diligence before signing those papers.
I have quite a bit of land experience in my background, so I decided to do a small blog post series on the topic.
