A MESSAGE FROM DMH

As we bring the month of May to a close, we hope you have given special focus to Mental Health Awareness. Mental health is for everyone. Every client. Every colleague. Every community. We use it every day.

Creating small, regular habits for tending to your mental health builds a lifestyle of mental wellness. Restful sleep, gratitude, choosing positivity, focused attention, deep breathing, gentle stretching and making meaningful social connections can build your mental wellness skills daily.

You have the rest of the year to practice these skills and DMH is here to encourage you and celebrate your success!
