Quick Reflection

When's the last time you let yourself truly be playful, let your quirky side out, and added whimsy to your life?

What is stopping you? Are you embarrassed by what people think? Who are those people, anyway?

Maybe you haven't "found your weird" yet—a concept I borrowed from coach and friend Leah Stallone. That means a community, new friends, even coworkers. There are more 'weirdos' out there than you think!

Challenge yourself to stop caring, to be seen, and to let out those impulses.

If you want to go high five a tree, GO FOR IT!

If you want to play a violin on top of a mountain, DO IT!

If you want to bake cookies with sad faces and then bite the heads off, SEND ME ONE!

Embrace your quirky side. The world is full of opportunities for fun and whimsy—seize them!

Burnout Journal

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or on the brink of burnout lately?

Well, I’ve got the thing to help spur some reflection. I'm excited to announce that my Burnout Reflection Journal is here!

This journal is designed to help you find your way back to balance by providing a safe space to reflect, decompress, and regain control by devising a plan. I created it knowing how challenging it can be to figure out where to start when you’re emotionally exhausted.

Company and Life Updates

May 28, 2024

Figuring out how to celebrate Pride this June? Too many of my friends and clients had no way to celebrate, especially virtually with people across all states, so I created this mixer for all queer-identifying folk to join in! You’ll also get to meet my partner, Lindsey, who is co-hosting with me.

RSVP and join us next Thursday, June 6th, at 4PM MST/6PM EST on Zoom, and share stories, media recommendations, and generally just have fun.

No work or job search talk allowed!

I recently presented at Eager Labs, a leadership academy, where I spoke about Recognizing Burnout.

It was amazing to see the positive impact that discussing and normalizing this mental health topic had. I would be thrilled to help more professionals better understand this for themselves and their teams. Recognizing and addressing early signs of burnout can prevent health issues and boost performance and employee morale.

Get in touch with me if you're interested in bringing it to your workplace or another group you're involved in. Let's work together to promote stress management techniques that work!
