In the real estate world, everyone is waiting to see if interest rates will drop in July. But I think we already have better rates than before. The lowest fixed rate is 4.59% and the lowest variable rate is 6.09%. We don't have many sales, good inventory and still good deals. If rates go down like everyone expects, prices might go up. So now could be a great time to think about buying.
