Quick Reflection

It's okay to trust your gut.

You don't need to get advice from everyone about YOUR life and YOUR decisions.

Getting help is great, but trusting your plan and intuition you've developed that aligns with your lived experience and how your brain works—is ALSO just as valuable. When you trust this inner guidance, you’re honoring your personal journey and the wisdom you’ve gained along the way.

Balancing external input with your own insights ensures that your decisions are true to who you are. Embrace your intuition—it’s a powerful tool that’s just as valuable as any advice you might receive.
