Change to IOT payment process
Dear Families,

IOT Management has made the decision to move to an electronic secure payment system.

Therefore, unless you are NDIS Plan Managed you will be required to pay for your therapy session online, within 24 hours of when the appointment took place.

This will help make it more efficient for our clients to receive their receipts and be able to claim back the funds from either NDIS, Medicare or your private health fund.
This change will start to take effect as of Monday 8th July 2024.
 

How does the Electronic Secure Payment System work?
After each therapy session you will be emailed a secure link to which will ask for your permission to complete the payment. It’s as quick and easy as that!

 
What will I need to do?
IOT will email a new intake form to all our clients, within the intake form you will need to complete the secure card payments section.
This will then set up your account for automatic payments which will be processed 24 hours after your appointment.

The other option is that you provide your card details to the admin staff when you are in the clinic and we can set up your account for you.

Our team will send out the new intake form starting Wednesday, so please keep an eye out for an email from Halaxy. Sometimes they have the habit of hiding in your junk mail folder.
