The International Conference on Mindfulness (ICM:2024)

Aug 2-6, Bangor, UK

With just one month left to go, we are eagerly anticipating our gathering in Bangor, which will also include conference sessions live streamed globally and a fantastic online offering for anyone who cannot be there in person.

Together, we'll engage in an extended conversation about today’s big issues and shape the dialogue around mindfulness for the coming decades.

Read on for conference highlights as we count down to this groundbreaking event!

Did you know? All research talks, panels, and keynote recordings will be available to you for at least six months, included in your conference pass price - so you don’t need to worry about missing a session. Some sessions, such as workshops and guided practices, are best experienced in the moment and won't be recorded in order to remain immersive and interactive.

There will also be a quiet room and Affinity and Interest Groups throughout the conference to recharge and refocus our collective energies. Main conference sessions will take place in Bangor University’s Pontio Arts Centre, while online users will gain access to the ICM:2024 portal for online viewing and forums to connect with others - enrolment begins next week! How YOU can make ICM:2024 a success!

  1. Join the conference and explore how mindfulness can move beyond its current boundaries, reaching into areas of critical need, and serving as a positive force for change.

  2. Forward this email to anyone you think would benefit from attending the conference.

  3. Contribute to the bursary fund and support someone to attend the conference. We were delighted to raise £738 from a Summer Breathing Space with Rebecca Crane on 29 June - this will be added to the conference total donations. Thank you!
