New Features and Improvements

NEW SAVING MECHANISM ON THE FORM

A new Saving Form mechanism has been added to Nucleus, which will replace the Save button. This new feature has been designed to support multiple Users accessing the Form at the same time, and saving data if the User goes offline.

Users will be able to see a visual indicator for the following actions:

  • When an Update has been Saved;

  • When an Update is in the process of being Saved;

  • When there is an Error with the Update;

  • When the Entrant goes Offline;

  • When the Entrant goes back Online;

  • When the field has been Saved by a Collaborator (either an Admin User or another User)

More information on how to edit the colours of the new Saving Form functionality can be found here.

ENTRY DATA CHECKING PERFORMED BY AI

Nucleus now supports integration with ChatGPT, which can be used to review and sense-check answers when an Entry is submitted. The AI will score the answer and assign a status to it, similar to how Admin Users would when checking Entries. This status can serve as a guide for Admins to either approve the Entry or unsubmit it and request an updated answer from the Entrant.

Please read this guide for more information.

ABILTY FOR NORMAL USERS TO ISSUE ENTRIES TO OTHER USERS IN THE SAME ORGANISATION

Admin Users can now enable Normal Users to issue Entries to other Users within the same Organisation. Once activated, this setting will appear in the ‘Account Details’ section.

Normal Users will then be able to view and edit the 'Entry Ownership' section at the top of the form and assign it to another User.

To review how this feature works, please consult this guide.

MECHANISM TO DISABLE ADMIN ACCOUNTS

Nucleus now includes a disable Admin User function. Admins who have not logged in for 12 months will be automatically disabled. This feature also allows setting a future date to disable an Admin User's account, which is helpful when temporary staff are given access for a specific period or if a permanent member of staff is leaving.

Please review more information on this article.

BULK DELETE OPTION IN THE ORGANISATION LIST

A new bulk delete feature has been added to the Organisation List. This should assist Admins to easily manage Organisations that are no longer required.
