In 2023, TICAH celebrated its 20th anniversary, reflecting two decades of commitment to holistic health, gender justice, and cultural celebration. The year saw significant growth, with the second year of our 2022-2026 Strategic Plan leading us toward innovative approaches and deeper community engagement.

Highlights from our programs:

Our Art department partnered with the British Council to bring you the Braid Fund. The fund offers grants to innovative practitioners of art and culture projects in East Africa.

Our Bodies Our Choices program took part in the World Contraception Day, where over 100 young mothers from our program participated in creating a compelling message addressing challenges in accessing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights services.
