Dear Members, Parents/Guardians and Staff:

Parents, please note: We will NOT have a Booster meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, July 16th. We do not have enough new info to discuss just yet—your MAIN OBJECTIVE this week is registration and nurse medical forms. But we’ll continue to share season info via email and will have our band camp parent prep meeting on August 6th as planned! Please be on the lookout for the band camp supply list, extra show shirt purchase form, and information about our first fundraiser.

• 🎵FULL PRACTICE, Tuesday, July 16th 6-9 PM
  

• This is your LAST full week to complete marching band registration in family ID, and submit your medical forms to the nurse. If you are not registered with a medical form submitted to the school nurse by July 25th you may NOT be cleared in time to participate in band camp.

Note: This timer is a deadline, not the time to “Start” the process. If this timer runs out and you are not approved, you may not be able to participate in band camp.

• Submit Your Medical Form to the School Nurse (Signed Forms Due by Jul 25) Summer office hours vary, email: mknurse@mhrd.org for info.
