Rondo CLT's Annual Meeting
On June 20th, we hosted our Annual Meeting which provided a great opportunity to connect with CLT leaseholders and Board Members, share our accomplishments in 2023, and provide an overall update for the work we are moving forward in 2024. Welcoming Rekik Endeshaw and Tiffany Price as our two newest Board of Directors members, we also thanked Ralonda McKinley and Paris Servin Gonzalez for their hard work and support on the Board as their terms ended.
Thank you to everyone who came and a special thank you to the YWCA Saint Paul for hosting us!
Welcoming Rekik Endeshaw and Tiffany Price - Rondo CLT's Newest Board Members
We are excited to welcome our newest Board Members: Rekik Endeshaw (L) and Tiffany Price (R)! Both Rondo CLT leaseholders, Rekik and Tiffany bring important perspectives and experiences to the Board. To learn more about them, click on their pictures.
Earlier this year Golden Thyme Holdings LLC (“Golden Thyme”), an affiliate of The Rondo Community Land Trust, entered into a letter of intent with J&K Hospitality LLC, a business which is affiliated with Justin Sutherland, to operate a coffee shop at the historic Golden Thyme space.
At this time, Golden Thyme does not intend to lease the space to J&K, but will proceed to find a new and appropriate tenant in this historic location that is so valued by the Rondo neighborhood.
We will share our vision with our neighbors and the community as new opportunities for the space are identified.

CLT Orientations on Saint Paul's West Side

Partnering on these workshops is part of a greater partnership between Rondo CLT and WSCO through the Saint Paul Shared Ownership Collaborative which seeks to drive collective ownership and community wealth through Saint Paul.
