Last weekend, a special vespers was held in a rather unusual location. – Under the wing of a forest-bound 727 jetliner-turned house! Soul Place PDX, was invited to hold their fifth vespers service on the property of Airplane Home, outside of Hillsboro. The rustic location welcomed over a hundred young people for the worship and connection Soul Place PDX has become for many young people in our Slavic communities. Moving music and connection time was followed by special guest speaker, Kevin Wilson, and a hearty supper. A memorable evening, to say the least!
