New Features and Improvements
ENTRY DATA CHECKING PERFORMED BY AI
Nucleus now supports integration with ChatGPT, which can be used to review and sense-check answers when an Entry is submitted. The AI will score the answer and assign a status to it, similar to how Admin Users would when checking Entries. This status can serve as a guide for Admins to either approve the Entry or unsubmit it and request an updated answer from the Entrant.
Nucleus allows Admins to translate the default English language settings so that Users can submit Entries and judge in their preferred language.
Manual translations can be provided for the following areas in Nucleus:
The CMS on both the Entry and Viewer Interfaces;
Entry form Questions;
Emails templates;
Award-specific CMS.

ABILITY FOR ADMINS TO SET VAT OVERRIDE RULES ON A PER COUNTRY BASIS
Admins can now set more granular VAT rules on a per-country basis and create VAT rules for groups of countries, such as the EU. Countries will be grouped within each rule, eliminating the need to create a separate rule for each individual country.

IMPROVED UI
We've implemented a series of updates to enhance the UI layout for both Laptop and Mobile, including:
Improved design of the Mobile Voting A-Z Menu.
Updated display of Tables on the Entrant Interface for Mobile Users.
Refined Upload File UI in the Media Library.
Added an icon to the Actions Menu on the main Dashboard for reviewing Entrant Notes.
Removed the grey background from the ‘Replace’ button in the Media Library.
Adjusted spacing for error messages on the Registration Form.
FIXES AND UPDATES
The ‘Sharing Code’ functionality can now be used correctly by two Entrants at the same time;
The date and time of Amin Users logging is as either Entrants or Viewers is no longer overwritten;
The Question ID has been added to the Question List table;
Question numbers have now been added to the Category Tables to facilitate Admins when setting up Categories;
The Printout option has been removed for Submitted and Approved Entries on the View Entry Option.

BAFTA NUCLEUS SECURITY OVERVIEW
This document has been drawn up to enable existing and prospective Users of Nucleus to assess whether the security measures, which have been put in place to protect the data held in the system from loss of confidentiality, are in line with their organisational security policies.
