Dear Members, Parents/Guardians and Staff:

Our first home game is THIS SATURDAY! Please review the below information carefully for details. We also have our monthly parent on Tuesday night at 8 PM.

Please note: Hats will be issued on Thursday during practice. They will not be coming home yet. They will stay in the band room for the game and be returned to the shelves after.

• 🎵 FULL PRACTICE, TUE, Sep 10th 6-9 PM
  

• 🗓️ PARENT MEETING TUE, Sep 10th 8 PM In the choir room unless otherwise noted via the Remind App.
  

• 🎵 FULL PRACTICE, THU, Sep 12th 6-9 PM

• 🏈 FIRST HOME GAME SAT, Sep 14th, 1 PM

FIRST HOME GAME! - Saturday, Sep 14 8 AM Practice, 1 PM Game (Parent volunteers to arrive between 11 and 11:30 AM)

• 7:45 AM: 🕘 Students Report Time 

  • Arrive in practice clothes, bring full uniform (including show shirt and shoes), and raincoat in garment bag. Also bring food for lunch, water, snacks, and sunscreen.

• 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Practice

• 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: 🍴Lunch & Change into Uniform 
  (Volunteers meet outside band room)

  • Any parents who sign up to help with the pit crew (or even if you decide that morning you'd like to pop in to help with no set task) meet outside the band room between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM.

• 12:15 PM: March down to the Field

  • Parents and guests watching the game/pep band/and half-time show, head down to the field and meet in the section next to the pep band - don't forget your cheer gear and noisemakers!

• 12:30 PM: ☕ Support the band by purchasing coffee, packaged baked good, and cheer packs outside the Eagle’s Nest Concession Stand before the game, then join our group in the stands sitting next to the band.

• 1:00 PM: 🏈 Game and Halftime Performance Make some noise!

  • During our show we'll invite our visiting marching band to take our place in the stands to watch the show, and join us at our hospitality table for refreshments and a meet/greet.

This is where you will find weekly game volunteer sign-up sheets and donation needs. Please also sign up to start filling the closet with snacks for our hospitality table, which we will need for each of our home games, starting this weekend.
