WEEKLY NOTES

September 12, 2024

Greetings Saint Paul's Friends and Family,

Welcome to the Quiz Show Edition of the Pastors Note!! Since we’ve been “Getting Our House In Order”, we thought it’d be fun to check out how well you know the foundation of Saint Paul’s. And don’t worry if you don’t know all the answers…you can click on the button below to check out our Mission Statement, Vision Statement and Core Values and find what you need. Don’t worry…we won’t be checking your answers at the door on Sunday morning ;)

True or False…Our Mission statement says that “The mission of Saint Paul’s United Methodist Church is to be a faithful community of disciples who serve as the heart, hands and feet of Christ so that all people come to know the love of God.”

Fill in the blank…As a Spirit-formed living expression of the kingdom of God, the vision of Saint Paul’s United Methodist Church is to glorify God ______________________

What’s missing from this Core Value?…”We will be a community shaped by scripture, tradition, reason and __________________, and by the Living Word of God revealed in Jesus Christ.”

Last but not least…True or False…Our final Core Value states, “We will be a church that strives for excellence in everything we do – because God deserves our very best.”

We hope that you’re finding ways to live out the Mission, Vision and Core Values of Saint Paul’s! Now go be excellent today!

Your Pastors, Latricia and MaryAnn

Come and enjoy beautiful music as we express our Gratitude to God through song.

Childcare will be available for this concert. If you are in need of care, please use the button below to let us know so we can plan accordingly.
