• Operations Associate to work within their Operations team to help strengthen the organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Systems Operations & Improvement, the Operations Associate will work closely with departments across the organization to streamline operations. As Inclusiv grows, this role is a vital part of ensuring that the organization supports growth with sustainable, scalable, and easily usable systems.
• Associate - Member and Industry Relations to support the Director of Member and Industry Relations (“DMIR”) in two main areas a) membership and partner recruitment activities and strategies, and b) tracking and reporting the activities of business units to determine member engagement. In addition, the Associate will support the Director with partner relations, member renewals and general business development efforts.
