Greetings Pine Hills Community,

As we come together to celebrate Labor Day, the Pine Hills Community Council extends warm wishes to everyone in our community!

While many of us may think of this holiday as the unofficial end of summer—a time to enjoy the long weekend with friends and family—it’s important to remember the deeper significance of this day.

Labor Day, observed on the first Monday of September, honors the hard-fought victories of the American labor movement and recognizes the invaluable contributions that workers have made to our nation's prosperity.

So as we celebrate today, let’s take a moment to appreciate the progress that has been made and the work that continues. Enjoy this day of relaxation and community, stay safe, and have a Happy Labor Day!
