Dear Members, Parents/Guardians and Staff:


By now, everyone should have their show shirt and new uniform/garment bag. If not, please see Mr. Schwartz.


Important: DOWNLOAD THE UNIFORM CARE GUIDE before doing anything to clean your uniform this season. Remember: you are responsible for the proper care of your uniform and will need to pay for a replacement if anything happens to yours this season.

SCHEDULE DETAILS

THU 6:00 PM Bring Uniforms to Practice and Hang in the Closet for Friday’s Game. (If you ride the bus and have a large instrument, you may also leave your instrument in the band room after practice for Friday’s game.)


PREP for FRIDAY - Band Members will need dinner! Please pack a bag dinner or arrange for a parent to bring your dinner to the school for Friday’s game since you will be staying/coming right from school. Dinner break will be 4:30 PM - 5:45 PM.


FRI  - AWAY GAME - FULL UNIFORM (Minus Hat)

  • 2:27 PM Winds/Battery/Pit report to band room Friday after school for a Stand Tunes Practice

  • 2:30/3 PM 8th Grade Winds/Battery/Pit arrive at the High School as soon as possible

  • 4:30 PM - 5:45 PM Dinner Break for Winds/Battery/Pit

  • 5:00-7:00 PM Color Guard report for sectional at Morris Knolls

  • 5:45/6:00 PM Game Chaperones Report to Morris Knolls

  • 6:00 PM Buses Depart for Away Game

THIS WEEK’S NEEDS

This is where you will find weekly game volunteer sign-up sheets and donation needs. This week we only need away game waters. But we DO need some more still! Please also sign up to start filling the closet with snacks for our hospitality table, which we will need for our first home game next week!
