The Data Center will undergo a planned shutdown on March 30th. During this downtime, all UCPATH APIs, including I370 (COA combo code validation service), I280, and I371 will encounter errors. The requests made during this period will fail due to the unavailability of our services.
The outage should not have an impact on the GL process. However, the outage will impact UCB users processing Funding Entries, SCT/DR and other activities related to I-370 web service.

|
Berkeley Financial System (BFS) will have a planned downtime on March 19th from 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m PT to upgrade load balancers. During this maintenance window, BFS will be unavailable for around 45 minutes. As a result, I370 (COA combo code validation service) will be unavailable. There is no concern from GL Operations perspective.
Please ensure this planned downtime is shared with your local departments regarding funding entry, SCT/DR/BCT, budget and other processes required Web Service).

Users with ‘Submit on Behalf of’ (SOBO) access in Ask UCPath (SalesForce) were previously unable to see their own inquiries, as ‘My Inquiries’ would take them to the SalesForce Dashboard. This has been fixed, and clicking ‘My Inquiries’ will take the user to their own inquiries, even if they have SOBO access.
Note: ‘My Inquiries’ displays inquiries submitted for your own Employee ID. Inquiries you submitted for another employee do not display here. To find inquiries not about yourself, click the magnifying glass button on the search bar.
This will take a SOBO user to all inquiries submitted for the campus, with options to filter by Business Unit, Requested by (Employee, Location, etc.), or Status.
