We're already dreaming about our time together in Norway next summer. So as you begin to think about your flights for the cruise, we have a new recommendation we'd like to share with you...
For ease of travel and to have one of the greatest travel experiences you’ll ever have, The V Team recommends buying a roundtrip plane ticket to/from Oslo (discounts on Delta and United are available HERE) and then taking The Bergen Line train from Oslo to Bergen for the start of our cruise.
The train ride from Oslo to Bergen takes about 7 hours and is regarded as one of “the most beautiful train rides in all of Europe” as your electric train weaves through the mountains and fjords on its way from Oslo to Norway’s western coast.

Many have asked... how's the cruise selling? We're happy to report we only have FIVE ROOMS LEFT. So if you have any friends looking to join you, they should be advised to snatch up a room now or they will most certainly miss out. The five available rooms are:
- 2 Deck 5 Privilege Suites
- 1 Deck 6 Privilege Suite
- 1 Deck 6 Grand Deluxe Suite
- 1 Deck 6 Owner's Suite (the best suite on the ship!)

Quite a few guests have also reached out for recommendations as they consider combining our Norwegian Fjords Cruise with our Venice Cruise. We'd certainly love to see you on both, and that week in between the two cruises could be spent pretty much anywhere in Europe your heart desires. You could either stick with Scandinavia's Copenhagen, Stockholm, or Helsinki (which are all beautiful cities and super easy to get to from Oslo), or you could head south and spend a week in Berlin, Prague, Rome, Vienna, or Barcelona before heading over to Venice. The entire continent is really yours to enjoy and pretty much any destination in Europe is only a 2- to 3-hour flight from Oslo at the end of our cruise.
