Annual Membership Meeting and 2023 Officers Slate
Please join us for our annual membership meeting and election of the 2023 executive committee. The meeting will be held October 16, 2022 at noon at the theater. Only current members are eligible to vote. One vote per member.
Current members have received an email ballot to vote for the Executive Slate. Voting on changes to the Standing Rules and Bylaws will be in person at the membership meeting ONLY and are not included on the virtual ballot.
If you have not received a ballot, you may need to renew your membership. If you believe your membership is current, but you did not receive a ballot, please contact membership@townandgownplayers.org
Online voting is open until 9 PM on October 15, 2022. After that time, members that have not already voted may vote in person via paper ballot at the theater from 10 am to noon. Non-members may also come to the theater at that time, pay their membership dues, and then vote via paper ballot. Those who wish to vote by paper ballot before the 16th may contact membership@townandgownplayers.org.

Standing Rules Amendments:
S1 – Remove Website position from Board of Directors (BOD)
S2 -- Add website responsibilities under Publicity
S3 – Add Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) position on BOD

BECOME A MEMBER or RENEW
Membership with the Players is $20.00 and is valid for a year, gets you a comp ticket for any show you work on, the lowest ticketed price to any performance, and a say in how the theater is run. Only members can direct and act in shows, and only members can elect the Board of Directors who do the day-to-day operation of the theater and change the bylaws that govern it.
