Issue - 190 - NAN Forms, Camp Permits, Cub Uni-Hoc

NAN FORMS

Whilst we appreciate it is a little late in the season, some of you are still arranging Camps.
Can we remind you that

All NAN forms and any other paperwork (Risk Assessments, Programme, Menu)
should be sent to the
DC - irenelockley@daventryscouts.co.uk AND nan@daventryscouts.co.uk.
At least 1 week prior to the date of the Camp.

All NAN forms must have the appropriate details filled in including the Camp Permit Holder.
Without a Permit holder, you cannot hold a Camp

CAMP PERMITS

If you wish to complete your Camp Permit.

In the first instance contact John Driver (Foggy) - johndriver@daventryscouts.co.uk

He will issue the appropriate forms to be filled in and allocate you, a Nights away Advisor ready to start planning your assessment Camp.

If you wish to hold a Camp and have not been able to find a Permit holder, please contact any of the above and discuss it with them.

Time = 2 pm to 5 pm
Venue = Weedon Village Hall, West Street, Weedon, NN7 4QU

Teams of 5 (but we can make up teams on the day, if we have more or less).
Free refreshments all afternoon
£6 entry fee per team
