Developer Update Presentation and Q & A

Curious about the status of one of the projects listed below?

These are all developer projects brought to you by Brookfield Properties.

The District does not contribute funds to these projects. Your taxes and fees do not go toward constructing these improvements. Once they are completed and ownership is conveyed, the District handles maintenance of the amenities. Your fees and taxes are used for ongoing operations and repairs.

Recent examples of completed developer projects include the 'Clay the Bear' sculpture at Picnic Park, the 'pixel deer' public art, the 'mountain flowers' bench near Pathfinder Park, the sand volleyball court, and the skate/bike obstacles.

The playground structure replacement, on the other hand, is a District project. It is slated for mid-November and will take approximately two weeks to remove the old one and install the new one.

Join the virtual meeting at 5:00 p.m. before the Board meeting to view the update presented by Janelle Kelley from Brookfield Properties Development. The final ten minutes will be devoted to question and answer. If you cannot attend, please email your question ahead of the meeting. The slides will be posted to the developer page of the website.

Fall Event Thank You

The Chili Cook-Off and Home Brew Competition was a great success this weekend. Thanks to the five chili chefs and three home brewers who participated!

We had beautiful fall weather and 250 pumpkin decorators making spooky and silly designs featuring lost of extra eyeballs. Plan on participating next year, we can't wait to do it again! Email us to get involved in 2023 event planning.
