Our team has spent the last few months working hard at practice. Our new novices are learning incredibly fast and even competed in their first regatta at Head of the Ohio!
We are also looking forward to hosting our Alumni and Family Day on October 15th. There will be time for alumni to get back into boats and for parents to try out rowing! That night we will have a bar rental and trivia. If you are interested in attending please fill out the form in the next section.
More exciting news is we have four boats that need to be named and we will have a raffle to pick the winner, for information on which boats need named and how to enter check below in the "Boat Naming Raffle" section.
Our bids were accepted for Head of the Charles and will be sending a Men's Four and Women's Four to Boston on October 21st. This is the first time sending boats to Charles since 2019 so we are all incredibly excited for this opportunity!

We are hosting our Alumni and Family Day October 15th! Alumni and families will be able to meet our current team, take a look at our boathouse, and row with our team!
If you are interested in rowing please wear athletic clothing
2:45pm -Meet at Shriver in front of Starbucks
3:00pm - Arrive at boathouse
3:30pm - Get boats on water
Alumni will be in mixed boats that will be on the water for an hour and include a race, friends and family will be in our barge to learn to row!
4:40pm- Get boats off water
9:00pm - Left Field Tavern rental and trivia

Head of the Cuyahoga
Our first regatta of the year gave us a strong start with our Women's Varsity 4+ taking 3rd place! Located in Cleveland, Head of The Cuyahoga is a home race to many of our athletes. Thank you to the Champagne family, the Kulis family, Gunner Kadlic and Jenna Prahst, and the Wilson family for hosting our team that weekend!

Head of the Ohio
Novice members were able to participate in their first regatta this past weekend in Pittsburg. Despite the cold and rainy conditions, the team managed to take home three medals. Among those medaling:
1st - Men's Lightweight Varsity 4+
2nd - Men's Novice 4+
3rd - Women's Novice 4+

Huge thank you to all the people who support us at regattas from giving us a place to stay, cheering us on, and donating supplies! Our fleet has grown this year and we want to give you the chance to name some of our boats! A ticket to enter for the chance to name a 4-person boat will be $25 and for an 8-person boat will be $50. To be eligible to name the boat, send your payment by October 22nd and we will draw the winner October 23rd. We have two 8-person boats and two 4-person boats to be named.

To enter, please pay either $25 or $50 depending on which type of boat you are entering for to our External Fundraiser, Ella Kadlic, on Venmo. In the comment of your payment please include your phone number and which boat you want to be entered to name!
