Dear Members


October marks the beginning of new leadership in our region's BNI chapters. Our vision for the year is: "Grow Our Thriving Community". This is a big moment for your leaders and for your chapters. In every role our leaders took training, met with their predecessors, attended orientation and did everything to ensure that they all do a wonderful job. Our chapters' Leaders are Volunteers and Givers. Make sure that you thank them, recognize them and appreciate their dedication to your chapter. And guess who is going to be in their seat next year? You  so be nice to them. 

It is a great opportunity to thank your chapter's outgoing leaders. Tell them how much you appreciate their dedication and efforts, and maybe invite them for coffee/lunch/ice cream. They sure deserve it, and it feels really good to be appreciated. Thank you Leaders for an amazing year!
