Happy October!
As the market starts to cool, inventory is definitely starting to improve. This week I have TWO great featured listings. The first is a contemporary just outside St. Michaels, including a fun little studio outbuilding and gorgeous heated pool. It is even being sold furnished, so for anyone looking for a turnkey vacation rental investment (regulations apply), this would be a great option. The second is in Oxford, due to hit the market this weekend. Historic district with wide water views and sunsets galore! First-floor primary suite, which is rare in a historic home. You can see more about each of these homes below.
Continued prayers for those in Florida or with friends and family there. Many of my customers and friends have homes there, and I've been glad to hear from you all this week that you are safe and fared relatively well in the storm.
Thanks for looking, Debbie
