Charlas en la comunidad

The UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center Latinos United for Cancer Health Advancement Initiative would like to share with you an invitation to an educational virtual talk in Spanish titled “Charla en Español Entendiendo el Cáncer en Latinos”.  During the Charla, we will have Dra. Tatiana Vidaurre, an oncologist specializing in cervical cancer, provide basic educational information about how cancer affects the Latino community and there will also be time to ask questions.

The charla will be via Zoom and you can register to receive the link through Eventbrite, detailed below. If you would do us the favor of spreading the word of the events to people in your community including cancer-affected families, advocates, promotores, and community health workers, we will be incredibly grateful.

La Iniciativa de Latinos Unidos para el Adelanto de Salud de Cáncer del Centro Integral de Cáncer de UC Davis los invita a una plática virtual educativa titulada “Charla en Español Entendiendo el Cáncer en Latinos”. Durante esta charla la Dra. Tatiana Vidaurre, oncóloga especializada en cáncer cervical, dará información educativa básica sobre como el cáncer afecta a la comunidad latina y habrá tiempo para hacerle preguntas.

Esta Charla se llevará a cabo de la plataforma virtual ‘Zoom’. Se pueden registrar en Eventbrite para recibir el enlace, como detallamos abajo. Si nos hiciera el favor de difundir la información a personas en su comunidad incluyendo a familias afectadas por un cáncer, promotores y trabajadores de salud comunitaria, estaremos increíblemente agradecidos.
