It's almost time for our 2022 Annual General Meeting!
Save the date: Sunday November 6th.
Our AGM will happen online as in the past two years. But before it happens, please take a moment to review the following information.
- The deadline to apply for Kindle Arts membership is October 20th. If you are not a registered member by October 20th, you may not vote at the AGM or run for election to the board. If you qualified for membership by volunteering at this year's Otherworld, you should've received a membership application form. If you haven't received one, please contact your production team or theme camp lead!
- Here are the 2021 AGM Minutes. Voting to approve last year's minutes will be the first item of business at this year's AGM. Please take a moment to review last year's minutes.
- Here is the draft 2022 AGM Agenda. The last day to amend the Agenda is October 20th, no new business will be addressed at the AGM which is not captured by the Agenda. If you would like to propose an item of business to be discussed, you must email the board at directors@kindlearts.ca with your proposal no later than October 20th.

We need you - skilled administrators, managers, media people, finance people, communications people, event planning people... the list goes on! Please feel welcome to nominate yourself to the board prior to our AGM by sending an email to directors@kindlearts.ca Ideally before October 19th.
