The Art of Gamecrafting: For Your Classroom, Board Room, or Game Night

The Art of Gamecrafting is a six-week synchronous online course where you will learn how to design a role playing game tailored to your situation – at work or at home. You will gain hands on experience in world building and with connecting good game mechanics with what you want your players to take away from your game. In other words, you’ll learn to leverage the power of role-playing games outside game night (and maybe during game night, too)! We hope you’ll join us and Eloy Lasanta, owner Third-Eye Games, for our next course.

  • Last Day to Register: October 9, 2022 
  • Course launches October 10, 2022.
  • Course ends November 16, 2022.
  • The course runs on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 PM to 8 PM (Eastern).
  • This is a non-credit bearing course and certificate.

Visual Storytelling: Game Art, Design, and Branding

Visual Storytelling is a six-week synchronous online course, where you will learn effective visual storytelling methods through art. We'll focus on two key areas: 1) how to create a rich, vibrant world with unique characters and settings; and 2) how graphic design works with art to enhance immersion. You will also learn how to communicate effectively with creative people and walk away with a full understanding of the process of creating a visual language for your project.

  • Last Day to Register: October 9, 2022
  • Course launches October 11, 2022.
  • Course ends November 17, 2022.
  • The course runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 PM to 8 PM (Eastern).
  • This is a non-credit bearing course and certificate.
