Make sure your contact forms WORK. I'm so embarrassed to say I didn't know my contact form had a problem recently, even though in the past year, multiple people have reached me that way. It wasn't until I created a new webpage and form when I found out it wasn't working. Web tech constantly needs updates! Soon as it was fixed, a new email came through from a potential client. Isn't that just how the universe works?!
Whether you or someone else does your monthly website maintenance, make sure you TEST your website's contact form regularly to make sure it works, so your audience can ring that digital doorbell.
