October meeting
Bring a current or previous project, however successful, and share with us what went well, what was more challenging, and what you learned.

Knit for Peace are in need of gloves/mittens and socks to distribute. Any items made by branch members can be left at our sessions and we'll send them in.
It's a great way to use up oddments from your stash and help those in need.

Saturday 8 October, 10am to midday, at the Salvation Army Citadel, Green Park Road, Bath, BA1 1XE.

Members £2.50 / non-members £3.50 to cover room hire.

Tea and coffee available from the cafe.
November meeting
Make a note in your diary about our next online meeting. On Saturday 12 November we have Kelly Ferguson, who is part of the team leading the Gladys Jeskins sampler project, coming along to talk to us about the project and how we can be involved.

Free to attend, 10am to midday, Zoom details will be shared closer to the time.
Could you be our new Branch Coordinator?
After almost eight years running the Bath branch, Desiree has decided to step down at the end of the year as the Branch Coordinator. Could you be the one to pick up the reins and run the Bath branch from 2023?
We have a wonderful team assisting the Branch Coordinator, with Anna, Armelle and Clare helping out with planning and other tasks to ensure the sessions run smoothly. However, we do need someone to oversee it all and ensure nothing falls between the cracks.

We've put together a role description here, although this can be tweaked and tailored to how you want to run the branch. If you have any questions or would like to find out more, please email BathKCG@gmail.com
Pop-up Bristol branch
We're going to trial a pop-up Bristol branch in October, November and December.

The sessions will be held on a Tuesday morning (dates tbc), 10am to midday, in a private room at the Boston Tea Party on Whiteladies Road. Free to attend.
If you're interested in finding out more, please email BathKCG@gmail.com. The details will also be shared in this newsletter.

Thank you to everyone who has already expressed an interest in this!
