297 ballots needed for a quorum.

Once again, we set a new record for the number of ballots cast.

The last 3 elections resulted in the only elections in our HOA history where we achieved a 50% voter turnout.
 
Annual election 2022: 327 Ballots cast (55% of homeowners voted)
Special Ballot 2022: 303 Ballots cast (51% of homeowners voted)
Annual election 2021: 319 Ballots cast (54% of homeowners voted)

Annual election 2020: 178 Ballots cast (30% of homeowners voted)
