IT’S TIME

We weren’t made to carry things
The way we sometimes do
We weren’t made to walk in pain
And suffer our life through 

God made us as His pleasure gifts
To fill us with His love
And live a life of victory 
He watches from above

To smile on us and see our joy
As we go through our life 
Not watch us suffer, frown, and cry 
With our days full of strife

Believe in Him and in His love
So you can live in peace
Believe His plans for you are good
His love will never cease 

Rise up today in victory
Walk with Him, hand in hand
Receive the hope He has for you 
To conquer and to stand 

The power that raised Christ from the dead
Resides inside of you
So move aside and let Him reign
And give you life anew

Release the load, it is not yours
Give Him your focus now
He knows the path you need to take
So let Him show you how

Rise up and shine inside His love
It’s time to take the land
It’s time to walk in victory
Inside His Loving Hand
