Dear Hope Families,    
    
We are moving right along.  The Oregon Battle of the Books has begun, Chess Club is running, Math club is meeting, and I am seeing some great teaching and learning in our classrooms.  For a small school, we are super busy!  

A Beaverton School District consultant will be visiting our school on Tuesday, 10/11 to talk to students, parents, teachers, and to visit classrooms.  I am always excited to have visitors come in and see the great things we do for our students.  Her report will then be provided to the Beaverton School Board when they discuss our charter approval.

I want to thank all of you who have registered on “Kindful” to participate in our fundraising activities this year.  This is an important part of our program that enables us to make decisions about our future and provide resources to fulfill our short-term goals.
