This list distributes notes from the New York State Emergency Medical Services Council (SEMSCO) and the State Physicians Council (SEMAC) as prepared by Mike McEvoy (Saratoga County EMS Coordinator). Mike was been a member of the Council for many years, representing the NYS Association of Fire Chiefs and in 2005, served as the SEMSCO Chair.
