From relying on staff’s ability to pinpoint behavioural changes to a systematic, evidence-based strategy that guides wellbeing interventions: at Medbury School in Canterbury, introducing Komodo provided concrete evidence on the areas that needed improving. How did Komodo do that?

Komodo asked John Ogston, Medbury's Director of Boarding to share their experience with Komodo's solutions. This is what John said:
  • It shed light on unexpected concerns: staff were previously unaware of some of the issues raised through Komodo;
  • It started the right conversations: staff have now weekly meets to discuss data results and best interventions;
