Hello and welcome!

Thank you to everyone who attended our One Place demo and Q&A session on teams last week.  It was lovely to speak to everyone and it was a great opportunity to hear some valuable feedback that we've taken onboard too.  We have had several requests to run a second session for those who were unable to make it.  Our next session will take place again on teams on Thursday 20 October from 2.30pm to 3.00pm.  You can register to attend HERE

SEED Architects - Northern Trains commissioned SEED Architects to carry out an accessibility survey of all 259 stations managed by Northern.  The survey showed that accessible toilet facilities ranked high on the list of priorities. The solution was to develop accessible WC and baby change PODs, which will be accessible to anyone who needs them. The PODs can also be used as safe rooms at unmanned stations, which is important for safety. These facilities will be delivered to stations across the Northern Trains network in the coming months and years. Click HERE to read more.
