Coastal Quest is a 501(c)3 nonprofit working collaboratively with communities to build a more resilient coast by increasing inclusive, science-based planning, governance, financing, and project implementation for a just, prosperous, and sustainable future. The Pennsylvania Director of Philanthropy (DOP) will design and lead all fundraising activities to support TPL’s activities throughout the state and other geographies including Camden, NJ and the Chesapeake Bay area. The Director will work closely with the Pennsylvania State Director and members of the program and philanthropy team to lead a comprehensive fundraising program that maximizes support for the organization and its activities state wide.

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection 
is hiring an Energy Program Specialist! 


The Energy Program Specialist assists in the development and implementation of programs to meet the energy efficiency and renewable energy goals of Pennsylvania utilizing funds from EECBG, RLF and other federal program funds. Work involves assisting in the implementation and coordination of the Office’s energy programs utilizing EECBG funds, and understanding U.S. Department of Energy (USDOE) strategic goals and funding requirements as part of the EECBG program. Specific technologies deployed with EECBG and RLF funds may include pollution prevention, renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies, and other clean energy related projects, including those related to the impact of buildings on the environment.
Salary: $61,868 to $93,966

Graduate (Year-Round) Water Treatment Modeling Intern:


The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) is the nation's primary laboratory for research and development of renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies. The AI, Learning and Intelligent Systems (ALIS) Group in the NREL Computational Science Center has an opening for a graduate student researcher in Water Treatment Modeling with special emphasis on algebraic models. The researcher will assist in developing and implementing algebraic models of water treatment technologies, including data collection and basic validation. The successful candidate will collaborate with NREL staff and researchers to design and implement water treatment unit models and systems to enable process design and operation.
Salary: $40,500 to $64,800
