A Note from our Treasurer
|
|
|
As the end of the month is approaching, many of you are hanging on to the reimbursement checks issued to you by the MHV. Although we appreciate you not cashing the checks and if you do not plan on donating the money given to you, please take the checks to the bank so the Treasurer does not have to report unprocessed checks. Thank You!!!
Remember that dues renewal will begin in November. If you have an email on file, you will receive an electronic and paper reminder. You will be able to pay by cash, check and PayPal! The letters will have the PayPal code for your convenience.
I ordered the new membership cards. In the spirit of our neighbors, the Denver Broncos, the 2023 cards will be bright orange. Go Broncos!
I would like to personally thank all of you who are supporting the MHV events. Without you our Club would cease to exist. We have had a few fundraisers this month and they were quite successful. Again, thank you very much!
P.S. I am on vacation. I will not be available to answer emails or review anything in my computer. Please make a note of anything you need and I will address it upon my return on 10/10/22.
Joelle Zamora-Clausen
MHV Treasurer

Effective immediately:
If you need a reimbursement, please complete the REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT Form. The Treasurer will no longer accept receipts without the completed form. For your convenience, I have put several copies of the form in the wire basket outside of the office or you may click the button below.
Thank you,
Joelle Zamora-Clausen
