Remember to have unlimited, unshakeable, invincible faith in yourself as you go throughout your journey. Get around like-minded individuals and people that have done what you already want to do. You can become great via proximity to greatness.

Create. Dream. Achieve.

Etched were these three words on my new coffee mug. While it’s more tea these days, I’m intrigued by the brewing process. To brew means “a mixture of events, people, or things which interact to form a more potent whole.” Y’all, September was brewing in three distinct ways.

I Created Rest

I entered September no longer a unicorn — I wasn’t looking for COVID-19 and fortunately unfortunately, it found me. Being sick frustrated and slowed me down in ways I needed. I thought I knew rest and needed was experiencing more stillness.

I’m thankful for mild symptoms. Most of the month was spent finding ease and accepting grace. My community showed up in droves and I’m so thankful for the support.

I Dreamed BIG

The possibilities are great in my endeavors to magnify humanity. I pursued several development opportunities to launch my writing and publishing goals further.

One opportunity has already said yes as I patiently await updates on others. I learned in the process how to better convey my strengths and alignment with my life purpose. I’ve also found a writing community with accomplished writers and all around inspiring people. More to come 🤗

I Achieved!

I arrived safely at 35 and my son, officially 5! September’s generally a busy birthday month and a force of spiritual arrival.

My latest blog post (3-minute read) dives into the cyclical nature of life and promising advice to live fully.

The celebration vibe, a sunflower field. In good company with one of my favorite girlfriends, we shared moments of growth and joy. Sunflowers are amazing. I’ll forever admire their connection to the sun.

See my new post: 35 + Rising

The weather and season change is impacting my mood. The morning sunshine is less present and darker days abound. Last Sunday, I saw this sun (pictured above), peeking through a family of clouds. In that moment, I knew Fall would be plentiful. I received my grand reminder of why life is so precious. So I’m keeping my eyes and heart open to receive what lies ahead.

Be well, dear ones.

This year, yeah we rising
September is a spiritual celebration of love and life. Sharing intentions for 35 and all the fullness of rising forward.

Ex-Factor, my Jesus Year and the Rebirth
Some people call 33 the Jesus year. That year of life is far from over for me and I needed that moment to know what Lauryn Hill was talking about. I needed to see death to be reborn and find my light.
