As you know, the City of Solon Vision reads, “Working, learning, thriving together in an inclusive and forward-thinking community.” Our Vision is a testament to our goal of making Solon a welcoming community for citizens, businesses and visitors.
The City of Solon is hosting a Community Inclusion Survey focusing on areas of opportunity in which we can best implement an inclusive environment. I invite you all to participate in helping ensure Solon continues to be a genuinely welcoming community.
The growth of our city depends on the investment our residents make toward our success. Your participation is anonymous, and the results will be tabulated by a third party. We will appreciate your candor and respect your perspective. Your input is valuable and will serve our community well.
This survey is open to all residents of Solon, business owners within Solon and employees from out of town who travel to work within Solon. You must be 14 years of age or older. The survey is available online at surveymonkey.com/r/solondei. We also have paper copies available for those who do not wish to fill out the survey electronically.
We must work to ensure Solon is a community that promotes “a safe, active, healthy and connected learning community.” If we want to continue growing as a community and live by our Mission Statement, we can only do it together. I thank you for taking the time to engage in this vital conversation.
