Just Blossom Already

You have great ideas. You are very passionate. You could help a lot of people by doing your thing.
What are you waiting for?
By playing small, you are robbing the rest of the world of your gift. You are withholding help and support that someone desperately needs right now. You are holding others back by not showing the way toward what can be possible.
Most importantly, you are preventing yourself from experiencing the life-changing joy and fulfillment that results from pursuing your passions.
It might seem safer and more comfortable to remain tight in a bud. But the world around you is changing and evolving with or without you. Your current comfort and safety from playing small are not permanent. What's comfortable today becomes uncomfortable tomorrow.
Just blossom already!
Yes, there's risk involved in blossoming. Yes, there are growing pains that result from blossoming. Yes, blossoming exposes you to some new dangers. But blossoming also exposes you to possibilities you simply cannot see while being curled tightly in a seemingly safe and secure bud.
