Senior Customer Investment Officer

Who are we?
ccha is an ambitious community-based housing association working in Croydon, Sutton and Bromley. Our active development programme means we will soon have more than 1600 homes. Who are we looking for?
Someone who can campion customer service for the organisation. We need someone who is a people person, someone confident to challenge and help to bring about change and improvements, always striving for us to deliver our promises. However, behind the scene, be able to analysis feedback and data and produce reports to a high level. This is an exciting role with many different hats, from high level regulatory responsibility to organising community events. For this you will need to be adaptable and an excellent organiser.
This role will be based from home and office working, but on site and external venues on occasion when running events.

This role sits within an exciting, close team of 5 that also covers, Marketing, Sales and Communications. We are a supportive team who work closely together to ensure key messages are shared with our residents, staff and partners to showcase all the work achieved by this role and the whole organisation.
